Security Details

At Fantasy Flowers we are very aware of the need to process online orders over a secure encrypted network connection which is why we currently process all online orders using this system.

Is It Safe To Pass My Credit Card Details Online?

Due to the sophistication with current encryption techniques, ordering online is extremely safe. Complex mathematical algorithms are used to scramble sensitive information, such as credit card details, to render it unreadable.

How Is My Secure Payment Taken?

Online Ordering takes place at our website through our online shop, and your personal details are retrieved when you use our secure order form to pay for your goods. At this stage a secure connection is established using standard 128 bit SSL technology. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is the industry standard for online security and encryption.
When the payment has been taken by us, we will then process your order. You can request a tax invoice via email.

How Can I Be Sure The Connection Is Secure?

Easy! Just check that the Internet address begins 'https//' instead of 'http//'. Some Internet browsers may display a closed padlock or other icon, symbolising a secure connection. If you are unsure, refer to your individual browser for how the secure connection is displayed. Please note that the 'https' address prefix or padlock will only be displayed while the connection with our order form is established and only until the card payment has been taken.

All orders placed are encrypted before and during transmission, and will remain encrypted until the order has been received and acknowledged by us at which point it is removed from the system. This method provides the highest level of security by ensuring that the transaction is not only securely encrypted, but exists for the shortest possible time.
